I found Joe to be creative - bringing our raw ideas to something that exceeded our expectations. He was very helpful throughout the process/build and found him a haven in what would otherwise have been a stressful time.He was also good value, not only in his own fees, but also in designing a top-class solution for build cost much cheaper than would otherwise have been the case.

Joe Fallon Design truly brought our dream home to life! From the initial concepts to the final touches, their team was incredibly collaborative and insightful. We're constantly amazed by how they optimized natural light and created such an energy-efficient, yet beautiful, space. Highly recommend their bespoke approach!

Our experience with Joe Follon was highly unprofessional. After paying the deposit, he came for a brief visit and then left his assistant to speak with us. I had some legitimate, detailed questions about our project's technical aspects (roofing, ventilation, etc.), but instead of follow up, Joe later called to abruptly cancel our engagement. His excuse was a 'tight budget,' which was completely false as we had never discussed our budget. When I tried to get a straight answer, he was evasive and

Very early stage but so far Joe has been great to work with, following up and sending over samples of previous work that matches what we are trying to do. Looking forward to working with him and his team.
