Place clearly worn down, staff doesn't seem to be well trained in hygiene, no kitchen porter as the cook had to put dishes in the washing machine, then fry fries, bacon and burgers, then out stuff in the bin, then take things out of the washing machine and repeat. Other staff members were just piling up dishes and rubbish on the sink and the poor guy had to do all on his own. No help whatsoever. Food wasn't amazing, but I think it was just that day maybe. We went to try this Eddie Rockets today to get something to eat. My son was hungry. He ordered The Classic burger with no tomato and waffle fries. I got Chilli Cheese Fries. They are my favourite. With only about 5 customers sitting, I entered my name and ordered and paid for my food at the kiosk which said my order would be ready in 10 minutes. They did not call my name so after 20 minutes and no food, I asked about it and was told they have the order and it’s coming. A couple of take away orders were put on the collection counter but not mine.
