The tiffin service was excellent however, the company has as such shut the operations now for the provision of tiffins and are not providing tiffin services. A lower rating is due to constant follow-ups and yet no clarity given on if these services will be restored. An initial timeline of august 2025 was promised. Since then no effort has been made to update the users. A more customer centric approach is very mandatory in a service business where customers are repeatedly following up.

This is the best option if you are a pure vegetarian and you don’t get much time to cook for yourself, these guys deliver good quality food, less oily, less spicy with perfect taste. I’ve been getting tiffins for dinner from Indian Dabbawala for months now, and I honestly couldn’t be more thankful.
