Based just outside Dunmore in north County Galway, Galway Cheese has been crafting an award-winning range of goat and cow milk cheeses since 2013. Fresh milk from two dedicated local suppliers – one for goat milk and one for cow milk – is collected each morning and transformed into cheeses using traditional techniques.
