We had a table for six people on the 28th of December 2025 at 17:00, i recommended the place to my friends because I had been there two weeks before and had a positive experience, however, this time we had the worst experience with the staff - first we were served by a rude male waiter who did not come back with our order and after a few minutes we asked for help and got another female waiter who basically was shouting at us all evening she was very loud and behave like she own the place. Excellent as always, such a gorgeous wine cellar with excellent food and service. Patricia in particular was superb. So friendly and attentive, great recommendations also. Would highly recommend for Christmas season or just generally - you'll never regret a meal there and service is always wonderful.

Had a gorgeous evening in Fallon and Byrne for Christmas catch-up with friends. We said how much a staple the wine cellar is, with great service as always. Patricia looked after us for the evening and was very personable, helping us chose between desserts. She was correct, the tiramisu is great and evident why it's so popular! Thank you!
