Excellent craft butcher shop with a great variety of ready-to-cook meals and meat. I was lucky enough to get an Irish Wagyu striploin and a dry-aged rib eye. Top quality beef, I've never had a more flavorful steak. Fair prices for one of the best steaks I've had! They know what they're doing here. Thank you!
The center loin lamb chops was amazing! Really good quality and delicious tast!
