Ciara has helped me in so many areas, such as constipation with her colonics and bowel herbs which I can honestly say have been a revelation. We got a family tonic of immune boosting herbs that has helped us through covid, aswell as a nervine tonic to help with anxiety. With a long history of nursing and study of iridology and herbs one feels she understands the human body. She will be my naturopath doctor for life. I can't t reccomend her clinic enough.

I've been going to Ciara for colonic hydrotherapy and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I was quite nervous before the first session but her professionalism and expertise put me totally at ease.
