We got the coal for stoves last week . We had got this coal previously and were happy with it . However this time the coal is burning very fast and where as previously it would be still lighting slightly in the morning this batch is completely burned out and the stove is not hot . On cleaning out the ashes I noticed green ashes something i have not seen before . I phoned to complain and was told once I did nt have it in bags ( as it was now in the coal bunker) they could do nothing and the boss
Ordered pallets of coal on a Monday and was delivered on Saturday the same week,Very friendly driver absolutely great service, Will be back again during the year.Thanks
Great place to buy coal very polite receptionist,i use stoveglo coal very good quality and very hot 🔥 the best smokeless coal I've come across
