About Breadnation, Pearse St, Co. Dublin

Our organic flour is supplied by Shipton Mill where the wholemeal flours are milled on the banks of the local river. Stone-grinding flour is a simple, traditional process in which all the organic goodness of wholemeal flour is retained, unlike steel “roller” milling of white flour where the essential bran and germ is engineered away. We will also be stone milling ourselves onsite using a variety of ancient Irish grains where possible.

Bread 41 is where craftsmanship meets creativity. A buzzing Dublin bakery turning simple ideas into pure flavour. The sourdough is exceptional, the Cruffin irresistibly flaky, the Savory Croissant rich and inventive, and the Sausage Roll easily among the city’s best. Coffee’s on point, staff are upbeat, and the atmosphere hums with local charm. It gets busy and prices reflect the quality, but every bite reminds you why it’s worth the hype.

This place is well worth the hype. Plenty of baked goodies for the people with sweet tooth. Coffee was mild and good but not strong. And it’s all freshly baked!!!
