Absolutely unacceptable service. I ordered juices that specifically include ginger, and the staff member didn’t put any in — not once, but twice. When I went back to ask for it to be fixed, he pretended to “re-blend” the same juice and still didn’t add the ginger. On top of that, he acted annoyed, as if I was the problem for simply wanting what I paid for. I’m a regular customer, but clearly that means nothing here. I visited the store today and ordered two juices - 1 kid size for my 1 year old and a small juice. I was told by the man that I couldn’t get a kids size and I said but I see on the menu you do them and he said no so I ordered two small juices. When the drink came I asked did he have a closed lid for one of the juices for my child. He took the juice spilled it into the kids smaller size cup and handed it to me. Ordered a fresh squeezed OJ and the batista insisted the OJ in a jug which had started to separate was fresh. Fortunately they gave me a refund without any fuss!!
