Try your best not to come here as a hgv driver. They are in no way helpful and they can just hold you up for their sheer amusement. They are never in a rush to unload or reload. Just smart comments and answers is al you will get

I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the workers. Throughout the entire experience, they were shockingly rude and arrogant, showing no respect for basic communication or professionalism. What’s even more disturbing is that their attitude appeared to change based on who they were dealing with — something that felt deeply inappropriate and, frankly, discriminatory.

One of the worst places to collect from or deliver too. Sales/office staff are very nice and do a good job but their efforts are let down by the inbreds in the warehouse. They are the most ignorant, rude and lazy staff I've come across in a long time. Gold star for rudeness goes to the little fat lad with the big mouth that drives the forklift.
