Lovely place for exploring small individual Irish designer brand and decent souvenirs. Obviously not the cheapest place but that would be a place with quality stuff like hand made wool products etc.

I tried every type of APPLE CRUMB on my entire Ireland Journey ..AVOCA WON best tasting and best presentation.. only down side LOCKED GARDEN.. BEING LOCKED OUT of natural beauty on our first leg of discovering Ireland WAS A WAKE UP..how many are LOCK FROM BEAUTY. Ireland this you need to improve..

We've been going here regularly for years and thankfully, the food is still lovely. But wow was their new menu a journey in the wrong direction. It feels like someone is trying to bait and switch a primarily tourist clientele into spending more for each dish. Beyond the fact that the menu reads like a custom burger shop over 300 year old Irish institution, it actually doesn't make sense. It's cheaper to buy from the right hand side of the menu and avoid the choose your own adventure entirely.
