The Enniscorthy Rockin' Food & Fruit Festival takes over the May Bank Holiday weekend (1-3 May 2026) with 80+ artisan and speciality producers, a free Food Marquee of award-winning chef demos, and a programme of rock 'n' roll gigs across the Wexford town. Typical attendance tops 50,000 across the three days, with family activities, kids workshops and live music alongside the tastings and masterclasses.
