Sliabh Liag Distillers have set out to reclaim the rich distilling heritage of Co. Donegal. The company produces three spirits at An Dúlamán Gin Distillery in Carrick, as well as bottling blended Irish Whiskeys, including The Legendary Silkie brand. The next step on the company's ambitious journey is to complete building of the €6m Ardara Distillery, where it will distil pot still and malt whiskeys which will be peated to reflect the type of whiskeys historically made in Donegal in days gone by. Sliabh Liag Distillers export its spirits to four continents and continues to grow annually. Origin Green approval through 31 May 2026.
