We select the finest ingredients possible sourcing locally as much as we can to showcase the beautiful ingredients this country has to offer. Like many others we had plans to travel abroad and expand our knowledge and experience in the industry before Covid hit. Slieve Bloom Organics was launched in 2023 by Alison Chambers, a horticulturist who had previously worked at the location on Lough Boora Farm.
